Managing account portfolios to achieve long-term success
Maintain and develop a long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales
Establishing a good relationships with clients
Handling customer needs
Dealing with disputes by providing effective solutions
Overseeing accounts to boost sales
Making regular reports on sales performance
Setting sales targets
Making suggestions to improve sales performance
Proven experience as a Sales Account Representative
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Good product knowledge
Knowledge about CRM and MS Office
Product demonstration skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Being target driven and highly motivated
Training will be provided on product.
