Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to aggressively find, engage and hire technical talent. You will be tasked with attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter has extensive understanding of Technology and Product verticals and can speak the tech lingo.


Experience Recruiting (1 or more of the following):

  • Software Engineers
  • Systems Analysts
  • Network Engineers
  • IT Technicians
  • Web Developers
  • Database Administrators

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and world-class candidate experience,
  • Build and maintain a network of top technical candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and on-going relationship management.
  • Propose innovative strategies for sourcing and building a pipeline of technical talent.
  • Utilize data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience working in fast paced technology driven companies
  • A motivated, dynamic and curious mind with excellent research skills
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build relationships
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Motivated for success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word)
